Free Shipping
All orders over $50 ship free within the continental US. No code needed — it is applied automatically at checkout.
Fast Dispatch
Orders placed before 2 PM EST ship same-day. Most deliveries arrive within 3–5 business days.
Shipping Zones
We ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is available to select countries at calculated rates.
Delivery Details
- Standard Shipping: $5.99 flat rate for orders under $50. Estimated 3–5 business days.
- Express Shipping: $12.99. Estimated 1–2 business days.
- Free Shipping: Automatically applied when your cart total is $50 or more (after discounts, before tax).
- Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may take an additional 2–3 business days.
- Tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
- 30-Day Return Window: Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.
- Personalized or custom items are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.
- Perishable items (treats, food) are non-returnable once opened for safety reasons.

Return Process
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
- We will send you a prepaid return label for eligible items.
- Pack the item securely in its original box or a sturdy mailer.
- Drop the package at any authorized carrier location.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, reach out right away with a photo. We will replace it at no charge or issue a full refund — your choice. No need to send the damaged item back unless we request it.
